Bright start ends with drizzle, in Sivakasi
In Sivakasi, a bright start to the day was end in scattered drizzle at evening and drizzle with band of clouds developed during evening around 3:55 p.m.. Within minutes of a steady drizzle the town was seen flooded and clogged.
